🕒 14 Days to Change Your Mind

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with European regulations.

📦 Return Conditions

To ensure a quick refund:

The product must be returned in its original condition.

It must be complete (accessories, cable, instructions, packaging).

It must not show any signs of damage or excessive use.

👉 A simple test is of course allowed.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons related to the personal use of the product, an item that has been unsealed and used for a prolonged period of time cannot be refunded.

Upon receipt and verification of the product:

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days

It will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

If your device is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
We will find a quick solution: replacement or refund.
