GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
Article 1 – Purpose

These GTC govern sales made on the website [URL].

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are massage devices and wellness accessories.
The photographs are not contractually binding.
The products are shipped directly via our logistics partners (dropshipping).

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Self-employed entrepreneur – VAT not applicable, art. 293B CGI (if applicable).
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.

Article 4 – Ordering

Confirmation of payment constitutes acceptance of the GTC.
ZenWave Relax reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

Secure payment by credit card, PayPal, or other means offered.
No banking data is stored.

Article 6 – Delivery

Estimated delivery times:
EU: 5 to 15 business days
International: 7 to 20 business days

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

Complete

In its original condition

Without excessive use

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt or proof of shipment.

Article 8 – Hygiene & Electronics Exception

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed and used beyond a simple test for hygiene reasons.

Damage resulting from misuse is not covered.

The product sold is not a medical device.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years
Guarantee against hidden defects: Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 10 – Liability

ZenWave Relax cannot be held liable for improper use of the product.

Article 11 – Disputes

Applicable law: French law.
